In order to better service the greater Bay of Plenty region, Amalgamated Roofing took the opportunity to expand it’s business by purchasing a well established Taupo roofing company. The focus of this business when Amalgamated Roofing took over in October 2006 was, and continues to be, residential roofing but has since successfully completed a number of commercial projects including the new Roofing Industries building at Rakanui Road, Taupo. The company was fortunate to retain the services of Craig McKenna at the healm of this business along with a number of Ironman Roofing’s skilled tradesmen. To compliment this team, Trevor Harvey, an experienced and skilled foreman relocated from Rotorua.
