Blair Golding (Contract Supervisor)

Blair is responsible for looking after the day-to-day running of all our contracts. He is also responsible for allocating work to each foremen's gang. " I have been in the roofing industry for 11 years and worked in a few roofing companies over the few years but Amalgamated Roofing is the best company I've worked for by far. I took a break from roofing for 16 months and worked in an aluminum factory making doors and windows, that had a lot of on site maintenance work which has helped a lot with some horizontal and vertical cladding jobs. The Foremen

The Foreman on each job has a vital task. He is in charge of all aspects of our job on each site. He is responsible for quality control, good work practices, safety, professionalism and keeping our customers happy.

Having good foremen means that the management of the company can concentrate on other things, safe in the knowledge that our high standards are being maintained.
