To Manager,
I wanted to let you know how impressed we are with your foreman, Trevor Harvey. Not only did he offer to come and get up on the roof in the pouring rain, a couple of weeks ago, but he turned up yesterday morning to see if there were any leaks, and hopefully it seems to be fixed, with what he did, the first visit. We are all quick to let businesses know when workers do a bad job, but do not always come forward, when the service is great. Please pass on our appreciation to Trevor. Cheers
